Searching for property in Nigeria usually means scrolling through listings with no real way to tell who the agent is or whether they can be trusted, then messaging back and forth just to get basic questions answered — is this still available, can I see more photos, when can I view it. Most of that back-and-forth still happens the slow way, over phone calls and DMs, and there's rarely anything showing whether an agent has a good track record or not.

We built Nivelty as a property marketplace where agents build up a visible track record over time, so buyers get a sense of who they're dealing with before ever picking up the phone. Viewings, offers, and counter-offers all happen inside the platform, so there's a clear record of what was said and agreed on both sides.

The part we're proudest of is "Ada" — Nivelty's AI assistant, built so buyers never have to feel like they're wrestling with software just to find a home. Someone can message Ada on WhatsApp, in plain language, to search listings and get instant answers, any time of day. Or they can just talk out loud — "show me three-bedroom flats near the island under 80 million" — and watch matching results appear on a live map as they speak, no typing required. Photos alone don't do a home justice either, so listings support full 360° virtual walkthroughs, letting a buyer get a genuine feel for a property before ever scheduling a viewing.
